Frozen grapes
Frozen grapes are so refreshing, delicious, and yummy I almost
consider them a treat! When craving something sweet, I often
reach for a cup of these. I love to pre-measure, 1 cup portions and
place them in zip-loc bags in the freezer for an easy, go-to snack.
Fresh grapes are just as nutritious and delicious! Only 60 calories
for 1 cup of grapes!
