Waffles and Yogurt

I added apricot jam to this morning's waffle, delicious and so filling!
Frozen waffles are so convenient! Here is an easy, quick, go-to breakfast for those busy mornings. The protein from the yogurt will help keep you full between meals! Make sure they are whole wheat waffles for extra fiber!

2 whole wheat waffles
