Bagel Thin with Peanut Butter and Fruit

Ingredients:

1 Thomas 100% whole wheat bagel thin
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 medium banana, sliced
4 strawberries, sliced*

Top toasted bagel thin with peanut butter and sliced fruit.

*Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C which help with inflammation in the body. Strawberries also contain a phytochemical that may increase the production of leptin, a hunger-suppressing hormone, and adiponectin, a hormone that accelerates fat burning and may fight disease.
