Ingredients
5 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 cup chopped vegetables (or more!) of your choice
1/4 cup shredded cheese
pinch of salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line muffin tins with paper liners or spray with cooking spray
- Combine whole eggs, egg whites, chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, salt and pepper in medium size bowl
- Pour mixture evenly into muffin tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is fully set
