Baked Kale Chips

Baked Kale "Chips"


Ingredients
1 head kale
pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Rinse and dry the kale with paper towels or salad spinner
  • With a knife, kitchen shears, or hands, remove the leaves from the stem
  • Tear into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper &/or garlic powder
  • Bake until crispy, yet not burnt, usually about 10 to 15 minutes
