Ingredients
1 head kale
pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Rinse and dry the kale with paper towels or salad spinner
- With a knife, kitchen shears, or hands, remove the leaves from the stem
- Tear into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper &/or garlic powder
- Bake until crispy, yet not burnt, usually about 10 to 15 minutes
