Edamame

I love edamame! So easy, healthy and delicious! This is a perfect, protein and fiber rich snack to keep you full between meals! Simply bring a bag of frozen edamame to a boil and enjoy a handful. Adding salt is optional. I usually don't add salt because I feel I get enough added sodium in my diet.
