Super easy Smoothie

I love smoothies! Especially those that have protein and not just fruit. With the addition of greek yogurt and nonfat milk, this smoothie is packed with 17 grams of protein! You can also add spirulina and/or ground flax seeds to make it extra nutritious. Pair this smoothie with a hard boiled egg or some scrambled egg whites and a slice a toast to round out the meal.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup Fage yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup apple juice
dash cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in blender or Magic bullet.

Yield: 1 large smoothie
