Greek Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
3 ounces cooked, chopped chicken breast (about the size of your palm)
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli
5 olives sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
0.5 Tbsp. olive oil
0.25 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
Pinch of black pepper

Directions

  • Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, broccolli and olives in a bowl.
  • In a seperate bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Add dressing to salad mixture and toss to coat. Add diced chicken and feta cheese.
