1 teaspoon mustard
1 cups spinach (or lettuce)
1 10-inch whole wheat flour tortilla
2 slices roast beef
1 slice cheddar cheese
Directions:
Spread mustard on tortilla. Add roast beef, cheddar cheese and spinach (or lettuce). Wrap like a burrito and enjoy!
