1 pound flank steak, cut into bite size pieces
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
3 cups fresh broccoli
6 green onions, chopped
3 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions:
- Combine sesame seed oil, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in small bowl
- Heat skillet over medium high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray
- Add beef and half of sauce to pan. Saute for about 2-4 minutes. Add broccoli, spinach and green onions to pan. Add the remainder of the sauce. Continue to cook until beef is cooked through. Top with sesame seeds.
